Will it work with every phone?
The phone needs to support reading NFC tags. Compatibility, settings and antenna position vary by model; some phones need NFC switched on. Universal compatibility is not guaranteed. The QR code provides another way to open the same destination.
What if a customer can’t use NFC?
They can scan the tile’s QR code with a compatible phone camera or QR reader. QR artwork uses a black code on an opaque white background, including on stands with accent colours or transparent legs. Internet access is needed to open your online destinations.
Can I change my links later?
Tell us which link needs changing. NFC links may be rewritten if the selected tag is rewritable and has not been locked; we’ll confirm the method for your tiles before production. A printed QR code cannot change itself, so a changed destination may need replacement artwork or a replacement tile. There is no link-redirect subscription included.
Which colours can I choose?
White and matte black are our starting point, with purple, oak and olive green as optional accents. Transparent is available for base and upright plate, never a QR background. The customiser uses fixed, practical layouts. Final filament colours are confirmed in your proof and may look different from your screen.
What’s included in personalisation?
One supplied logo simplified to one printable colour, one standard layout, your selected link programming, and one proof revision. Attach your original logo in WhatsApp. Complex logo reconstruction and special shapes are quoted separately.
How much is delivery, and when will it arrive?
Delivery is quoted separately based on your area and quantity. We confirm production and delivery timing with your quote. Your 50% deposit is due only after final design approval. There is no fixed delivery promise before we’ve agreed the details.
Does a spare tile make my board bigger?
No. A spare replacement tile costs RM29 and swaps into an existing magnetic slot. tapSini Mini always has two slots. tapSini Duo, with four tiles across two sides, is coming soon.
